After completing the Colmex Pro registration, the following steps must be completed within the Colmex Pro broker dashboard to gain access to all of the broker’s features.

- Submit proof of identity documents;
- Upload proof of residence.
#1 Completing the Profile and Questionnaire
Start by clicking the "Complete your profile" button on the main dashboard.
Next, you should:
- Enter your first name, last name, date and place of birth, and phone number;
- Press "Verify";
- Accept the terms and conditions;
- Click "Next" to proceed.
Now, provide your country of residence, nationality, and full address. Enter your address manually or use the search feature, then click "Next".
Specify your country of tax residence and enter your tax ID number. Confirm statements regarding tax obligations, PEP status, and U.S. nationality. Then, click "Next".
Answer the questionnaire regarding trading experience, employment status, financial background, and investment goals. Click "Next" after each section until completion.
#2 Uploading Identity Documents
Click the "Upload" button under the proof of identity section to begin.
Select a supported document (passport, national ID, or driver's license), upload a clear image of it, and then click "Upload". Then, scan and submit your face by clicking the face icon.
#3 Uploading Address Documents
Next, navigate to the proof of residence section. Choose a valid document, such as a utility bill, upload it, and click "Submit".
Return to the main dashboard and check the KYC status under "Your profile status". It should show "Under Review" until approved.
