#1 Access the Request FundSection
Navigate to the left panel and select "Deposit/Withdrawal of Funds". Then proceed to the "Withdrawal" section.
#2 Select Account and ERC20 Tether Method
Choose the account from which you want to withdraw. On the next screen, select Tether (USDT) via the ERC20 (Ethereum) network. Remember the minimum payout is 44.38 EUR (or 50 USD).
#3 Enter Request Fund Details, Verify Identity, and Submit Request
Input your desired payout amount in EUR or USD equivalent, then click "Receive Code" to verify your identity via a 4-digit code received by call or SMS.
Once verified, paste your ERC20-compatible wallet address in the appropriate field, add optional comments if needed, and click "Create request" to finalize your request.
#4 Monitor in Transaction History
Once submitted, your request for funds is registered instantly and processed within 7 business days. You may cancel the request at any time before the processing is completed, or be prompted to provide additional verification documents if necessary.
To track the progress of your cash-out request, visit the "Transaction History" section on your Esperio dashboard. Here, you can view the current status of your request, including whether it's pending or completed.
