- Click on the "My Wallet" section;
- Proceed to "Your Crypto Wallet";
- Select "Add a Crypto Wallet".
Enter the wallet owner's name, select "Personal" as the wallet type, input the TRC20 wallet address, choose "USDT" as the currency, and select the "Tron Network".
Optionally, tick "Same as Account Information" to auto-fill the owner details. Enter the profile password and click on "Submit Crypto Wallet". Wait until the wallet status changes from "Pending" to "Valid".
#2 Submitting a Withdrawal Request
Navigate to the "My Wallet" section and select "Withdrawals". Enter the payout amount and click on the "Submit Request" button.
Choose the validated wallet address, select "Cashier (SYCrypto)" as the method, and click on "Withdraw".
#3 Tracking the Withdrawal Status
Return to the "My Wallet" section, select the "Transaction History" tab, enter the relevant date, and click on "Submit" to view the status of this transaction.
