#1 Accessing the TradersWay KYC Section
Begin this easy process by following the steps below:
- Log in to your TradersWay account and navigate to the dashboard;
- Click on "Upload Documents" to initiate the KYC process.
#2 Uploading Proof of Identity (POI)
First, you should read all the instructions for uploading the POI documents. Available options include:
- Passport
- National ID
- Driver’s license
Then, click on "Upload Personal ID" to proceed.
In this step, upload the front side of your ID. Then, click "Upload more Document". Now, upload the back side of your ID and click on the "Submit for Verification" button.
#3 Tracking Identity Confirmation Status
After submission, your documents will be reviewed and results will be sent to your registered email within 48 working hours.
