Traders can complete the KYC process by following a 3-step process. Yadix verification:
- Enter the “Upload Documents” section and provide proof of identity (Front & Back);

#1 Upload an ID Card for Yadix Approval
To begin, log into your Yadix dashboard and follow these steps:
- Click “Upload Documents” in the KYC section;
- Select the document type as a proof of ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID);
- Upload clear images of both the front and back of your document;
- Enter the provided captcha code;
- Click “Upload Documents” to submit documents.
#2 Provide Proof of Address
To verify your address, you need to upload an accepted document, such as a utility bill or bank statement. to complete this step, follow this guide below:
- Navigate to the Upload Documents section;
- Choose “Proof of Address” from the list;
- Click “Choose File” to upload a valid document;
- Ensure the document is dated within 3 to 6 months;
- Enter the captcha code and click “Upload Documents”.
#3 Check Approval Status on Yadix
Once your documents are submitted, the Yadix team will review them. To check your KYC status:
- Navigate to your profile;
- Locate the “Status” section.
- If successful, you’ll see “Approved”.
The validation process typically takes a few hours, but in some cases, it may extend to 24 hours, depending on the volume of requests.
