Overview of the Indicator
Unlike most common moving averages such as "SMA" and "EMA," which experience significant lag, the Hull Moving Average, thanks to its unique formula, has much less lag. This MT5 currency strength indicator is used to detect trend changes early and identify entry and exit opportunities.
When the price surpasses the moving average line, it can signal a selling opportunity. Conversely, when the cost exceeds the Hull Moving Average, it is considered an opportunity to enter buying trades.
Hull Moving Average in an Uptrend
The indicator shows how the uptrend begins in the 1-hour price chart of Silver against the US Dollar (XAG/USD). The first signal for entering a buy trade is generated when the price crosses from below to above the Hull Moving Average line.
Additionally, if the moving average slows upward with a steep angle, it indicates an increase in buyer strength and the likelihood of the uptrend continuing.

Hull Moving Average in a Downtrend
According to the 1-hour price chart of Ethereum (ETH), the first sign of a downtrend in the Hull Moving Average indicator occurs when the price crosses from above to below the moving average line.
Moreover, if the moving average slopes steeply downward, it indicates an increase in selling pressure and the potential continuation of the downtrend.

Indicator Settings
