#1 Uploading Identity Confirmation Documents
First, Log in to the ZFX dashboard and click on the "Account Verification" option in the "Personal Information" section. Next, choose the type of identification document to you want to upload, such as:
- National ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license
Enter the required personal details in the designated fileds:
- Full name
- Document number
- Expiration date
Upload clear images of both the front and back of the identification document. Ensure the images show all four corners clearly.
#2 Uploading Proof of Address Documents
Select the document type you want to upload as proof of address. Acceptable documents include:
- Utility bill
- Bank statement
- Phone bill
Upload the selected document. Ensure the document is clear, high-quality, and shows your full name and residential address.
#3 Tracking Document Review Status
After submitting the documents, return to the dashboard. Click on "Account Verification" to check the document review status.
