Profile Settings
Once the profile setting page, you can access different sections from your submitted information to security options and verification. In the following lines, we will address them separately.
Personal Information Settings
Access profile settings by clicking your profile icon. Use "Request Change" to update your email or phone number. Adjust address details and other personal information easily.
Security Settings
To enhance security, click "Change Password," enter your current and new password, and submit. Activate 2FA using the "Generate QR Code" feature to link an authenticator.
Uploading IDs and Verification Documents
Click "Submit New" to upload a new ID. Use the Proof of Residence section to attach utility bills or bank statements. Ensure clear image uploads for approval.
App Settings, Language, and Location Preferences
Control withdrawal alerts via email, set idle logout times, and choose your preferred language and time zone. You can enable automatic location-based settings.
Contacting Support
Click on "Support" and fill in your name, email, and message. Use the "Send Message" button for help requests. There's also quick access to download the iOS or Android Axiory apps.
Recent Activity and Action Filters
Under "Recent Actions" at the top of the main dashboard, you can view your platform activity. Use filters for status, action type, and account to quickly locate records.
Downloading Trading Platforms in Axiory
Next to the “Recent Actions” tab, select your platform from MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or cTrader, to download the software suited to your device.
Quick Transaction Buttons
On the top right of the main dashboard, click "Deposit," select between wallet or live account, then choose a payment method to start funding your trading.
Use the withdraw option and choose the account you want to get your money of that.
You can also make an internal transfer by accessing the next button to move funds easily between your Axiory accounts. This function activates post initial deposit.
Managing Bonuses and Submitting Campaign Tickets
Check your current bonuses and history. Use the trade-and-convert tool once DC set lots are met. Use the "Get Ticket" form to participate in campaigns.
Submit URLs for official posts or your own content to request tickets.
New Demo or Live Account
Click "Create New Account," choose account type, platform, leverage, and balance to finalize your setup. Add filters post-creation as needed.

Once on the main page, navigate to the accounts section, you will find the wallet option on the right. From there, handle deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
