The Immediate Rebalance Indicator in MetaTrader 4 indicators is designed to identify and display immediate balance points on price charts.

In the ICT trading style, balance holds significant importance, and imbalance occurs when, within a three-candle formation, a gap between the wicks of the first and third candles appears, indicating a discrepancy between supply and demand.

If the third candle immediately penetrates the wick of the first candle and fills this gap, it is referred to as "immediate rebalance".

Bullish Trend Conditions

In the EUR/CAD pair on a 5-minute timeframe, the Immediate Rebalance Indicator divides the shadow of the first candle into five sections once balance is established among three candles, illustrating the penetration level of the third candle.

In this scenario, the third candle penetrates 12 percent into the shadow of the first candle. If this penetration occurs with the necessary confirmations, traders can consider entering a Buy position.

Bearish Trend Conditions

In the 15-minute GBP/USD chart, the price is moving in a bearish trend. With the formation of an immediate rebalance, the shadow of the third candle penetrates 58 percent into the shadow of the first candle, signaling an attempt by the price to return to the imbalance area and restore the balance between supply and demand. If the necessary confirmations are met, traders can consider entering a Sell position.
