The Premium and Discount Indicator creates a zigzag line to consider minor trends and map out premium and discount zones.
This MetaTrader 4 level indicator is designed based on the ICT trading methodology and facilitates identifying entry points and set Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) levels.
Unlike the automatic premium and discount indicator in MT4, the Premium and Discount Indicator can only map areas for minor trends.
The "D" label is placed at lows, and the "P" label is placed at price highs. The premium and discount zone boxes are drawn by clicking on these labels.

Premium and discount zones appear as colored boxes on the chart. In both bullish and bearish trends, the indicator considers the starting point to the 50% trend level as the Premium Zone, marked in pink.
The Premium Zone during a trend is a suitable area for price reversal and trade entry.
Buy Position in an Uptrend
In analyzing the GBP/USD currency pair in a 5-minute timeframe, the premium and discount zones are displayed using blue and pink boxes.
Since the trend tends to rise toward higher price levels, a return to the Premium Zone presents a suitable opportunity for buy trades.
Sell Position in a Downtrend
Based on the Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency chart on a 15-minute timeframe, a return to the Premium Zone provides an optimal opportunity for sell trades after forming a bearish leg.
